By registering a school, creating an account, or using AJTech SMS (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms on behalf of your institution. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AJTech SMS provides school management tools including results, attendance, CBT, portals, and related features under your selected subscription plan.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your school’s accounts. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
Paid features depend on an active plan and seat limits. Fees are billed per your plan (often per student per term). Free plans may be limited and non-refundable as stated at signup.
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights.
You retain ownership of school data you enter. You grant us a licence to host and process that data to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy.
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product improves.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

Account details (name, email, phone), school profile data, academic records you enter, and technical logs needed for security and support.
To provide the Service, support schools, process subscriptions, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell student data. We may use processors (hosting, email, payments) under appropriate agreements. Access within a school is controlled by that school’s admins.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. Data is retained while your school uses the Service and for a limited period afterward for backups or legal needs.
School admins can update or request deletion of account data subject to legal retention. Parents/students should contact their school first for record corrections.
